I have been leading a holistic lifestyle for over 37 years. In my late teens I became interested in healthy diet, nutrition and herbology.  And since then I have studied many paths to health and healing.

In 1986, I became a Reiki practitioner and fell in love with Reiki’s simple, yet profound, ability to improve my own and others well being. In 1998 I became a Reiki Master and began teaching Reiki classes the following year. I’ve continued studying Reiki and now practice and teach Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki as well as Usui Reiki

In 2003 I began studying cranio sacral therapy and began sharing this deeply relaxing technique that facilitates the body’s ability to heal itself.  I continue my studies with the Upledger Institute.

In 2005 I became a certified massage therapist after studying at the Michigan School of Myomassology in Berkley, Michigan. I quickly became hooked on this as a career because of the gratification of helping others feel better and witnessing their smiling faces!

Additionally for many years I taught natural food cooking classes and cooked privately for individuals seeking to heal themselves of cancer with the macrobiotic diet.

Today I address my client’s needs with multiple modalities. My massage practice encompasses many styles and techniques. For deeper therapeutic issues I offer trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue techniques. I also offer relaxation massage infused with essential oils, hot stone and pregnancy massage. Reiki and cranio sacral therapy can be blended into a massage session or are wonderful and powerful to experience as stand alone treatments.
